Kenny Sloan from foxford co mayo has been fishing for over 30yrs in the region for salmon/pike.haveing many lakes within a 10mile radius he has 5 lake boats permenantly on pike lakes and 1 on a mountain trout lake. Boats /engines can be hired all year round,also baits,rigs can be bought.

As a full time guide kenny can take you on guided fishing trip where you will learn the knowledge he has built up over the years. These rigs are available from Kenny he sends them out ready for you to put on your own hooks and or spinners they are a very versatile rig and will land you lots of pike.

There is a poly ball rig that keeps the bait flicking in the upper surface, watch out for really explosive takes with this one

The other has a cork ball on it which lets the bait slowly flicker down and then raise as you retrieve this rig it really tantalises the pike into a take so you get more tight lines

There is another rig without suspension and this rig is ideal for setting up as an instant strike float trolling rig, by adding a spinner to it you really can up your chances of a take.
